Alex Steer, voiceover artist

My name is Alex and I'm a voiceover artist and music producer based in Reading. I work out of my home studio.

I recieved a 2:1 BA Honours degree in music production from University of West London.

I am an advanced Pro Tools user, I've been using the software since 2003.

I worked in a recording studio between 2008 and 2014 where I assistant engineered voiceovers for large companies like Invesco.

During the pandemic I performed social distancing annoucments live over a PA system. People assumed they were pre recorded.

I can record at any audio sample rate you wish and I am meticulous when it comes to keeping hard drives organised and backed up.

I have played in live bands for over 20 years, I feel very comfortable behind a microphone.
