In collaboration with the unit HR and the HODs, revising the JDs and aligning it to the Job Role

Aligning Employment contract renewal with Performance outcomes
§
Assist Department Heads in setting organizational objectives and individual targets that are (SMART) specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time framed.
§
Monitor performance reviews ( KPIs) and provide the necessary support, training, and development to employees to achieve their objectives.
§
Responsible for overall Learning and Organizational Development Activities for 9000 + employees at VPS Healthcare.
§
Stakeholder management across the HR and business leaders to understand the business and internal learning needs and interpret customer expectations.

Work in Collaboration with the Management Combining their understanding and aim of the business and potential challenges, with current business acumen and innovation to improve the performance of the business
