I am András Lovas. I have been working in hospitality since 2012. During this time, I learned the ins and outs of fast dining restaurant.
In England as a head chef, then as a chef trainer. In the Netherlands as General Manager and then as Operations Manager.
By looking into the management of restaurants, I learned where the weak points are and by strengthening them, I made every day of the restaurant a success.
