An experienced agilist having led or taken part in multiple transformations and scalings. Focusing on spreading a clear understanding of agility and what it means for organisations, from change in management roles and responsbilities, through increased alignment on collective goals, to softening functional silos and fostering collaboration across functions. True agility is not about "doing Agile" and "implementing SAFe", it's about collaboration, true continuous improvement, and shared focus on delivering value.
I have worked in multiple industries and helped teams and top managers in software, hardware, marketing, finance, customer support, R&D, sales... I have led Agile CoEs with up to 127 Agile coaches and 600+ Scrum Masters. I currently help a space tech startup organise for fast growth, helping teams with hardware agility good practices, and coaching the executive team.
