Leadership coaching
Training leaders of the modern world to lead with empathy, effective communication and an operating model that's aligned with business strategy. This includes developing an overall leadership strategy for the business as well as 1:1 personal and professional leadership development. Typically, I deliver these through a project, a series of workshops or coaching sessions. I've coached executives of Big 4 consultancy firms, investment banking firms and multiple start-ups and scale-ups.
High-performing teams
I have a passion for developing high performing teams following the Belbin ideology and strength-profile matrix. The execution is primarily based on confidence, communication skills and self-empowerment to ensure each person feels like a valuable member of the team. The goal is to have a high-performing team without leading to burnout.
Agile
Scaled agile methodology and Lean structures are two of my favourite organisational structures and ways of working. I have built and led agile transformations as well as performed as an agile coach. I've worked as almost all positions within an agile team and so have a good understanding of the requirements and best practices for each.
Sales
I've done both B2C and B2B sales - from lead generation to negotiation and close. Personally, I've closed £136k of sales from B2C in 3 months. I then led a sales team for B2B to generate over 200 qualified leads and achieve a 64% close rate within 4 months.
Presenting
My favourie passion is presenting and public speaking. I currently work with the Jack Petchey foundation to judge speaking challenges for young adults.
