As a Digital learning specialist with Alef Education, I work in alignment with the UAE's educational digital transformation vision by implementing cutting-edge technologies in government schools. My work involves supporting government schools to integrate Alef's AI-powered platforms, enhancing learning outcomes for thousands of students across the Emirates. I provide training and coaching to educators and school leaders, leveraging data analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau to inform decision-making. Delivered training and support systems to enable teachers' product utilization and long-term adoption, driving change management and continuous professional development. Partnered with cross-functional teams to develop effective processes, tools, and documentation, ensuring consistent delivery and utilization of Alef solutions.

My role is facilitating learning experiences for postgraduate students in Computer science department (AI programming, programming for Data science, Software workshop 1, AI and Machine learning, and object oriented programming modules), As I Assisted over 60 postgraduate students in understanding complex AI concepts. My responsibilities including assisting students in understanding complex programming concepts in module lab sessions. If required to conduct any demonstrations, to do so in such a way as to convey relevant information and outcomes clearly and accurately to students. I'm eager to maintain academic standards and work in accordance with university policies (e.g. regarding health and safety, and equal opportunities). I successfully provided pro-active support to students engaged in practical work, answering their questions where possible and helping them overcome any problems encountered. Collaborate with module leads and prepare any required materials or solutions, marking quizzes and exams as needed.

As a Computer Science Instructor at the Ministry of Education, I developed and delivered engaging curricula in artificial intelligence, robotics, STEM, STREAM, programming languages, CAD design, User interface and user experience design, and various engineering topics. My instruction demonstrably improved student outcomes, with students successfully developing professional design, electronic, and AI projects from conception to completion, showcasing their mastery of both project design principles and technical skills. Beyond curriculum delivery, I provided school-staff training on different learning platforms, ensuring seamless access to technological resources, as well as comprehensive technical support to both students and teachers, leading official exam pods and secure examination environments. Mentored and guided students in diverse projects, including personal branding systems, IoT smart systems, ethical hacking applications, electronic devices, CAD design and 3D printing, fostering innovation and practical application as measured by success in personal projects. As a Teacher Trainer for CCDI grade 12 teachers, I conducted training sessions and workshops for computing, creative design, and computer science teachers across the Emirates. By adhering to MOE and ESE policies and vision, I ensured the delivery of optimal learning experiences to students in government schools.
