Biba Maya Randle-Caprez

Having worked alongside Biba previously at an agency, I had no doubt she would deliver when we approached her to host a TikTok workshop, and create a TikTok Strategy for the brand. Biba is a dream to work with and most notably, takes the time to fully understand the brand in question, before providing recommendations. I couldn’t recommend Biba enough to those looking to level up their social presence or for some fresh social first ideas.

Biba is a delight to work alongside, I thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated having her a colleague while at Katlist. She displays various characteristics and traits that make her not only a hardworking individual that produces exceptional work but an inspiring colleague that uplifts and encourages others to be confident in their own work too. Although we were on different teams at Katlist, Biba would always support and lend a helping hand when asked for advice. She is an admirable and exemplary team player, always making sure that everyone felt seen and heard. Over the course of the two years that I worked alongside Biba, she would always strive to create compelling work that excels her brand’s visibility; she would constantly come up with bright ideas, even on clients that she was not managing - displaying her productive and confident work ethic. There was never a dull day working with Biba, she has a brightness that lights up a room and is evidently shown through her work - I can’t recommend working with her enough.

I worked closely with Biba at Katlist on our clients' social channels. We collaborated on channel strategy and vision, and I remember this time very fondly. Biba is an incredibly intelligent, professional, articulate and diligent employee. She is highly knowledgable in her field, and has taught me lots about the logistics and data behind social media advertising. Her attitude is always so positive, and working with her is like a breath of fresh air: you will achieve great things, and enjoy the process of working together immensely!
