Brahmatheja Reddy in a few words
I started as a Biotech Researcher with fundamental interests in Biomechanics and Neuroscience. My best experience was assisting a fellow researcher at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, in creating a prototype to help rehabilitate stroke patients with upper limb injuries. Over time, I learned to manage the product roadmap and pricing while maintaining client expectations promptly. I bring the expertise necessary to deliver results on time, having gained a keen understanding of the various components required to coordinate such a project in the Healthcare Industry.
In my previous stint as a Co-Founder at JackBoys Studios, for one of my projects I facilitated the development and integration of a new Data-Base Management System for revenue and equipment management for the ‘Alexis Multispeciality Hospital'. This exciting yet challenging project involved input from the Chairman Committee and communication with various doctors and staff. I was interacting with administrators who were eager to secure advanced medical equipment for their departments and board members who meticulously monitored costs. Through careful organization using Scrum and my Team's (four members on this project composed of developers and an analyst) dedication to creative problem-solving, I am happy to report that we completed the project. This modernization helped a Large Medical Center in Nagpur, India, to expand its offerings to the community, resulting in healthier people and improved media coverage.
