Fully remote role, collaborating with global teams and leading a team of 3 people. In this role, I led the Finance & Operations team, focusing on managing and supporting processes with care, empathy, and transparency. Our primary goal was to provide clear, real data, track progress toward our objectives, and identify actionable steps to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities: Designed and prepared accurate monthly financial reports, including actual, budgeted, and forecast data (controlling). Led the transition from on-premises accounting software to SaaS solutions (XERO and TOCOnline). Designed and prepared weekly treasury reports with real and forecast data. Managed relationships and negotiations with banks. Oversaw external legal relationships and communications with lawyers. Implemented the OKR framework to define, track, and align objectives with outcomes. Focused on optimizing internal processes to ensure smooth operations across the organization.
