“Apart from Contributing to the Processes and Strategies which Enhance any Projects I am working on, I feel that my greatest strengths are "..................
My skill at gaining a clear understanding of a client’s exact needs, Quickly.
Being able to co-ordinate and lead all Project Team resources whilst at the same time building strong working relationships with Clients, Stakeholders, Senior Management, Suppliers, Sub-Contractors and Third parties.
I have the natural ability to work as a Valuable Member of a Team as well as being able to carry out Individual Working, always ensuring Good Communications with all involved.
My ability to Deliver Projects to agreed timescales, always finding Solutions to all the various hurdles one encounters along the journey to completion, with regular Project Status Reports. It is also important to ensure that throughout the life of a Project, Budgetary Responsibility and Value for Money are amongst the Top Priorities.
I am able to evaluate Project Risks at the early stages of Assessment and therefore take the necessary actions to ensure that the various Project Milestones are not comprimised.
I have Specialized in the Project Management and Execution of Programmes of Multiple Small Projects, circa 10k - 1m GBP each, in various Nationwide locations, wether that would be New Builds or Upgrades.

The Project included the De-Commissioning and Removal & Disposal of redundant Equipment, Build and Installation of New Equipment, Commissioning and Handover Documentation.
