Client Services lead with responsibility for excellent standards of client service throughout the agency in addition to senior lead on a number of key McCann clients, inspiring creativity in both execution and thinking across all levels of business challenge. Responsible for building strong relationships within Client businesses to the most senior level providing consultancy services to brands such as Matalan, Magnet, Zoflora and Royal London on how to shape disruptive, customer focused brand platforms and awareness, retention and loyalty campaigns from their inception to demonstration of their effectiveness whilst inspiring and implementing innovation in approach and delivery. Owned and led organic growth within the agency driving intiatives and plans to deliver on revenue targets. Responsible for implementation, management and delivery of satisfaction measures across client base ensuring that services, resource and delivery were adjusted in line with the response. Led, mentored, coached and provided direction to a team of 25 to maintain high levels of client service, driving growth through strong client relationships, optimising resources and driving alignment through the team. Part of the agency SLT, helping to shape the direction for the agency, its teams and its clients alongside the CEO, agency MDs and Heads of.

Returned to BJL and resumed my position as Business Director across a wide portfolio of the agencies clients. Achievements as below.
