I'm an MAPM accredited Project Manager with over 9 years experience in managing construction and building projects, with a proven track record for results. I have experience managing a range of projects, from high rise central London developments to domestic builds and refurbishments. I'm comfortable working on a project in any part of the industry either from concept to completion or at a key point/phase where outside support may be required. I can also provide health & safety management and advice, to include writing Construction Phase Plans, RAMS etc.

I also have extensive experience and consistent success in business analysis, leading to process overhauling and streamlining in various industries. Individual coaching, mentoring and team building to create efficient successful people and teams.

MAPM, Level 6 in Construction Management, CSCS Black card, SMSTS, Management of Risk (MoR), MEWPs for Managers, FASET safety net inspector. Plus extensive and up to date technical knowledge of the construction industry, health and safety legislation and building regulations.
