• Support with the development and implementation of a procedures and documentation across the teams and the organisation.
• Develop and manage the implementation of information systems and analytical tools to meet the specifications and requirements of the Senior Team
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships and stakeholders in order to ensure that the business meets their priorities and requirements.
• Provide information, support and training (for stakeholders including staff in other teams as required.
• Develop and manage a Communications Plan to ensure effective communications are maintained with L&D.
• Establish and manage a quality assurance process to ensure compliance with agreed project business services processes and established sustainable procedures and good practice.
• Manage allocated staff, including recruitment, induction, setting workload priorities, delegating tasks, day-to-day management, including appraisal/ investigations etc.
• Provide training and devise training packages for team members and others in the agreed management reporting processes, ensuring that managers are fully aware of performance expectations.
• Review and analyse relevant external websites to assess impact of business initiatives and implementations, use available resources to benchmark KPIs and set improvement goals.
• Developm a good understanding of the research process and current trends in relation to areas of responsibility, liaising and responding.
• Establish regulation and compliance programmes, as required, to meet project and or business requirements.
• Assist in development of local Transformation policies, Standard Operating Procedures and processes.
