The objective of the project is to replace the existing spreadsheets with a robust solution and simulate cost and Saudization until 2030.•Analysing the existing spreadsheet and actual sources to recommend optimal cube structure. Rapid creation of a proof of concept using Planning Analytics Workspace.•Development of the model following client best practices reusing code from other instances to facilitate support from the existing tm1 support team.•Development of admin forecasting screen and visualization in TM1 web.
