I have over 17 years of work experience in multinationals and startups in a variety of HR, PM, and Learning roles that required from me agility, quick adaptation, resilience, and creativity. I've worked in Ireland, Canada, France and Switzerland.
I am passionate about growing others through coaching and via digital and active learning; supporting change management in the organization, enabling the development of a growth mindset in our teams, and keeping in mind the value proposition and ROI.
I love connecting people and building common understanding among individuals with different expertise, backgrounds, and experience (by training them in business culture, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and many more).

I am ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) specializing in career & business coaching plus parental transitions coaching. Between 2018-2021 I coached over 1100 engineers on their Career Plans and Team Dynamics (group coaching settings) and currently I support career shifters, new managers, HIPOs, and new parents with 1:1 coaching sessions.
