I have more than 5 years (combined) in High Performance Computing (HPC) code development using several scientific languages such as Python, Fortran, C/C++, CUDA C, Java for scientific applications which aim at carrying out numerical analysis as well as numerical simulations. I have worked and contributed in several Open Source Software package and on many programs to solve difficult computational problems. I have parallelized several applications now from serial pure CPU onto GPU/CPU architecture including clusters where I was able to scale the applications on an very large number
of GPU and in some cases it was unbounded. As a particle physicist by training I have a strong background in both theoretical physics and methematics. I have also
expertise in developing in Python using all of the packages. I know how and have binded python to C/C++ to Cuda-C to access the GPU and program the GPU cardn directly. I have used Matlab and its free version Octave. In mathematical symbolic derivation, I have used Mathematica, Maple and for statistical analysis modeling I have used R.
I have also experience in system administration in both Linux and Windows servers.
