• Drove a holistic transformation for a Telco in LatAm, optimizing their Network infrastructure, reducing up US$ ~100M of annual spend in rentals, energy, field force maintenance and new build. Developed a rentals renegotiation strategy and revamped the build process to deploy 10% faster
• Led a transformation for a Telco in two countries, proposed a new strategy in infrastructure sharing leading to US$ ~10M in additional revenues. Optimized the process for maintenance ticket resolution and proposed a strategy to reduce energy spend by US$ ~15M controlling the mobile sites temperature and using renewables as energy source
• Developed a growth strategy for a digital bank to evaluate the creation of their own marketplace. Analysed product verticals on market fit and profitability, built a model to forecast the P&L of potential partnerships. Drove the implementation by taking a PMO role, focusing on GTM, partnerships and marketplace logistics to allow a launch in 6 months.
• Led team of 5 consultants on an internal project to fine tune the Firm's offering for mid-caps companies. Conducted extensive research for potential targets in the financial services, Consumer goods and manufacturing sectors and organized an event with 30 mid-caps banks in Central America
• Evaluated a market entry in the Brazilian market for a supply chain finance startup, modeling their P&L for the next 5 years and analysed 3 operating models combining organic growth and partnerships aiming for a revenue of US$ ~300M. Conducted 10+ expert interviews with the CEO
• Created the value proposition of a top tier bank in LatAm for the self-employed segment representing a population of 10M. Conducted extensive research in developing countries and led 30+ interviews of the target population to develop the product offering and GTM strategy for the local market
