Worked on an international project to establish a digital bank in Egypt (as a branch of QNB Group) that provides multilingual service to customers through mobile, internet and web channels.
Worked on an agile project (Scrum of Scrums technique) for integration with 3rd party companies to provide non-banking benefits to customers through mobile and call center channels.
Also worked on following projects:
-Renewing call center application as infrastructure and interface
-Designing a BPM process to automate ongoing tasks between branch employees and call center customer representatives
-Integrating core banking application and call center application for various functionalities -Executing POC (Proof of Concept) for Voice Biometrics Solutions
-Improving IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Prediction
