I've been a social media manager for over 3 years and have worked in a variety of roles both in an agency and independent setting. Throughout this time I've been able to create, develop and execute highly successful, data and trend driven strategies for a number of clients. Implementing new systems for content management and approval, delegating and briefing work to designers to ensure high quality content is posted on time.     I currently work on a part-time freelance basis for SOKORU, a period underwear brand. I came on board to assist the founder in creating the brand voice that would be utilised across the website, press releases and socials. As the company is still in early stages of growth it is important to ensure the copy and brand voice was clear and concise, communicating who they are and what their passions are. Another part of my role is creating content; blog posts, photos and Instagram reels. The strategy when it comes this content is to be educational and focused on brand awareness. Making sure video content is on trend is also incredibly important to increase reach and engagement.

    Live and Lift is a fitness and wellness app created by influencer, Olivia Jarvis. It allows users to access workout programs, recipes and an array of other lifestyle resources. Strategy and Management: I came on board two months after the app launched as the social media lead on the @liveandliftapp Instagram account. My main reponsiblity involves creating and implement the social media strategy for the account. This involves tracking, scheduling and managing all forms of content being created and posted. I manage a social media assistant who creates a majority of the static graphic content for the page. I help plan content and offer feedback when needed ensuring it all staying focused on the strategy for long term growth of both the Instagram account and app downloads. Content Creation: I create and edit a majority of the video content being posted on the Instagram and Tiktok page for live and lift. Planning ahead involves making sure there is a good variety of content, it is on trend and suitable for engaging the current audience. Since taking on the account it has grown from 200 followers to nearly 2k and steadily growing on a daily and weekly basis.

I created 3 videos and 10 photos focused on their collagen face mask. Client: Protocol Collagen (https://www.proto-col.com) I created 1x piece of video content for Protocol collagen solely promoting their collagen gel and its benefits. The video needed to be quick, engaging and focused on product promotion. I prioritised creating aa video that I also knew my audience would engage with and that the brand would be well-portrayed. I reached out to Hux health and offered to create content for them depending on what their needs were. I created 5x original videos and 10x photos of a range of their products. My focus with the content to ensure each video had a strong theme and 'hook' to grab the audiences attention. I turned around the content rapidly incorporating feedback along way to ensure the final product meet their marketing needs.
