Harry J.

I worked closely with Harry for three years at Clare Hall in my role as Bursar, with Harry as Domestic Bursar, with shared responsibility for leadership and management of all of the domestic operations of the College.
Harry is an exceptionally hard working, organised and focussed manager. In particular, his project management skills are invaluable. During the pandemic, Harry was responsible for determining and implementing our response and policies, and his ability to see solutions to challenges, to task manage, and to see through to resolution, was particularly highly appreciated. 
Harry brings a particular skill set to organisations he works with, and I would thoroughly recommend him to any organisation requiring a senior manager with the insight and experience to lead on project management, risk, and implementation of operational strategy. And he is also a really interesting guy to work with!

Harry has been a pleasure to work with. I rely on Harry's position a great deal. From the moment he started, everything felt more organised than it ever was before - communication improved, smooth troubleshooting, and effective and clear direction, let alone a really great person who is very easy to get on with professionally and personally. I'll miss having him around - He'll be an asset wherever he goes.

It has been a delight working with Harry over the past two years. His approach to reorienting and streamlining operational processes has positively impacted the projects we’ve collaborated on. He brings humour, proactivity and strong communication skills to his work, which would be invaluable to any team.
