I am also very experienced as a client relationship manager used to working within contractual frameworks and service level agreements. I am able to work with tight deadlines, setting, managing, and meeting budget targets as well as undertaking complex projects and communicating with all levels of the organisation.
In my previous roles, I have been responsible for a number of successful large contract mobilisations, leading mobilisation teams, transferring over 2000 employees, implementing single service solutions and multi-service solutions across complex estates. Throughout these roles, I have worked on a number of Business Improvement projects with customers including, ‘Lean working’ processes which have resulted in key service refinements. Alongside developing and introducing change management strategies with key customers resulting in positive organisational change.
Since setting up my own facility management company I have worked closely with a number of NHS clients to review their services.
