Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general project administration, assistant and support for large IT projects –Salesforce, Dynamics CRM Online and Office 365 implementation projects.
Provide senior leaders with analytics and decision support tools, used as the basis for reorganisation, consolidation and relations strategies.
Supported multiple projects, from initial request to implementation, by utilising PRINCE2 and Agile development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile Framework, Principles).
Collaborated with business users, Project Managers, MI team, and the delivery team.
Identified vulnerable areas and developed approaches to manage and mitigate risks, guaranteeing the smooth administration of project from analysis, plan management, and stakeholder engagement.
Processing suppliers’ payments and arrange delivery dates for products.
Dealing with stakeholder’s complaints.
Reviewed processes and procedures, formulating plans and strategies to achieve efficient and effective delivery of services.
Analysing existing customer satisfaction functionality requests for providing business-value based recommendations to Product Owners.
Collaborated with business users, Project Managers, MI team, and the delivery team, developing solutions and technical design that exceed business expectations and requirements of clients.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban, user stories, use cases and story mapping.
Conducting impact analysis to assess implications of any changes to the systems.
Create reports from central management systems that provide insight for various audiences.
Holds weekly internal and external meetings on project progress.
Single point of contact for all communications between the client and company.
