Hello!

My name is Holly and I am an ACA qualified accountant with over 13 years of experience in Finance.

My greatest skill is understanding a process, tearing it apart and rebuilding it again. From stock to merchant account reconciliations, in every job I have had, I've redesigned all the balance sheet reconciliations and associated processes for accuracy and efficiency.

I was practice trained so my core background is audit, year end and management accounts preparation.

Since then, I have worked in a number of organisations and industries from higher education to technology firms.

My most recent roles have been Director of Finance for SharkNinja EU (yes the vacuums and foodi products are made by same company!) where I had a team of 12 looking after internal reporting for all European entities and Head of Finance for an international technology company where I've built the Finance function from scratch.
