Responsible for Digitization and implementation of Odoo ERP in Dar Al hay. Dar Al hay have 8 branches in every city of UAE have a trading & manufacturing business. HR, Accounting, Supply Chain, MRP. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. Implement applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting, Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones. Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed. Implement and monitor daily backup and recovery procedures.

Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications,including application servers,associated hardware, endpoints, and databases. Quality assurance testing of ERP software. Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications,data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow. Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements. Manage the set-up and configuration of systems. Choosing cloud providers and cloud technologies. Configuring and supporting cloud systems. Monitoring network performance and cloud resources. Integrating cloud systems into current environments. Analyzing cloud deployment data. Documenting systems infrastructure. Resolving operational and security issues. Install and configuring computer hardware, software,printers, and scanners.
