After graduating with a law degree, I decided to explore the fast paced world of recruitment. It was here that I noticed a gap between people, productivity and effectiveness. This led me to pursue a masters in psychology and in tandem begin taking on contract opportunities in several sectors, inclusive of legal, tech, charity and government.
Over the last 8 years I have leveraged my psychology knowledge & expertise and applied it to the business world. I have created impactful leadership programmes, increased ROI for specific job families, consulted on major re-orgs, designed bespoke talent development initiatives and much more.
