Jayne has worked with the IVF Babble team since its conception and launch in 2016. During this time, she has been a tremendous ambassador for the brand and advised Sara and I as founders over the last six years, especially in marketing and business strategy.

Jayne is always open to ideas and is fantastic at helping to shape these into something tangible. More recently, helping us shift from a consumer offering into a business offering by not only shaping the strategy but helping us better understand the competitor’s offerings and how we can position ourselves for success; she’s been instrumental in helping us decide on the parent brand, Babble Health. Jayne is currently helping us with the launch and migration plans and delivering the marketing plans and several assets to enable us to activate them.

I bought the company, Bonne Santé Alps, in 2016. At that time delivering physiotherapy, massage and Pilates services across Val d’Isère in the French Alps.

My first task was to totally redesign the very static website, create channels to market through the social medias and produce the hard copy marketing materials still needed at that time in a resort based business. Long term objective being to move more into a Wellness Service delivering, alongside the above, beauty and yoga to clients across the resort.

Jayne’s support and rapid understanding of my business needs proved invaluable. Her guidance around developing a more modern brand, with associated imagery, really helped deliver a comprehensive , customer focussed marketing pack, and I have continued to use her as a sounding board as I’ve grown the business, 30% year-on-year, and moved into delivering the services across Tignes as well.
