I had the pleasure to work on the same team with Jennifer in 2021-2023.

She is one of the very few people who, once she has committed to something, delivers at a high quality, on time and budget - every time. She does this through a deep understanding of lean and agile principles, that have really become a part of her own personality! This enables her to structure challenges and opportunities into digestible tasks for herself or a team.

As a person, she has empathy and a maturity that comes with experience - not afraid of challenging conversations but also seeing where others might need support. These qualities help her to coach and support others to grow - and I do believe she is very skilled in this area as well, as she helped many members of the team set the direction of their careers for years to come.

I'd be happy to work with Jennifer again any day of the week!
