Supervision and induction of one of the Medical Records Department teams. First-line escalation for nonstandard queries and complaints. Motivating staff, and ensuring continuity of service. Training existing staff in the use of new electronic systems and processes. Implementing new departmental procedures, ensuring staff are fully aware and sufficiently trained and making suggestions on possible improvements to current working practices. Supervising the quality of the work carried out by the team, addressing or escalating any quality issues. Planning and monitoring the workload, ensuring staffing resources are most appropriately allocated. Coordinating and delivering training and induction program for all new temporary and permanent staff.
