I enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment. I have developed strong commercial skills within the fragrance industry in a large number of countries as a commercial executive for more than 20 years. I started and managed the regional affiliate of a multinational company in Dubai. I purchased, managed and sold two SME in France and experienced two LBO’s. I am now involved in business angels activities and widen my experience through a large number of business as an investor or board member. I also believe successful companies of tomorrow will be judged not only on profit but on their extra-financial performance. Environmental, social and governance strategies should be top priorities within business strategies. I am a certified board member and believe a great governance can change everything. I am positive and ambitious and like to lead by example and mutual agreement.
