• Advisor/representative of the voice of customer: helped ideate a company-wide app used for submission of research requests & collaboration between consultants & the knowledge network

• Product Owner/Manager: in charge of maintenance & expansion of a pilot, client facing collaboration, capability building & knowledge dissemination platform (leading design & dev.)
