Experienced and certified Scrum master and Agile coach of multidisciplinair development teams. With my experience (>20 years) in many sectors like retail, banking&insurance, education etc I can help teams to improve their Agile way of working very quickly and to get more effective in delivery of value by having more focus, structure and fun. In my last assignment I helped the team to improve their productivity with 50% and cut down their cycle time by 67%.
