Hi, my name is Michael and I am an experienced technical product owner that has worked within a SaaS environment delivering features, innovation and organization over a number of projects. I have worked on building out product roadmaps as well as backlog construction enabling organizations to be better prepared to deliver often and effectively. One of my recent achievements has been delivering a standalone UX feature for a website that has been used by over 1 million users, driving customer satisfaction to a new level.

I want to work with organizations to better serve their customers through digital means, doing so by understanding our users needs, stakeholder requirements and breaking these down into epics and user stories. When it comes to methods for achieving all of the above, I take a no size fits all approach, different users have different needs and companies also have different expectations.
