• Built and Managing analytics product tracking modules such as RFM, Churn Prediction, Next day sales prediction, Uplift measurement for the Diageo’s B2C e-commerce platform named “Diageo One” using PowerBI and deployed it in 4 different markets.
• Integrating long term data transformation projects by reengineering the workflow processes by coordinating a team to identify and resolve the efficiency issues resulting in a 40% faster yearly strategic planning process for 60 business units affecting 500+ employees across Group Bel.
• Collaborating with the global growth director of Group Bel to optimally allocate their financial portfolio of €250M across 90+ business units. Built a simulation (Monte Carlo) based optimiser data tool to support the budget allocation process.
• Built a data pipeline ranging from process mapping to impact estimation to counter the raw material price increase using sell in prices for the Global Sales team of Bel. The pipeline is hosted in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and is being visualised in Power BI. 50+ users across different streams within the organisation is currently using this dashboard.
• Developing an adaptive sales uplift model (MMM forecast) to orchestrate, measure and quantify the impact of marketing campaigns across Ireland and the UK for Diageo.
