Passionate about customer relations, I consider customer satisfaction to be the keystone of a company. I take pleasure in each of my missions to offer the best possible customer experience. In addition to finding a solution to the problems encountered by our customers, I listen carefully in order to take advantage of every feedback to continually improve the product or processes and thus avoid the same problem arising again.
My aim? To put a smile on the customer's face at the end of the exchange, and to ensure that the problems encountered do not recur, by collaborating with the various Product and Sales teams to create THE product that best meets the customer's needs.
