Natalie in a few words
Does your start-up or project need an injection of energy to get things over the line?

I'm a strategic thinker, people focused and have a passionate for using tecnology to make things easier, faster or better. I can provide a fresh perspective on your project or organisation and help you build a roadmap or execute actions that are important and will propel you forward, but no one in the organisation has the time to do.

I'm looking for short term projects or regular but low number of hours to make a difference to start-ups, companies or non-profits who could benefit from some kind, but no-nonsense project management, leadership coaching or strategic planning.

I have a background in technology and I grew a software development business from inception to £900k+ T/O in less than 15 years.

I've mentored start-up businesses through the Virgin Startup and Help to Grow communities. I'm a committee member, responsible for technology for global organsation Inspired Women Lead. I've founded and lead community initatives in Hampshire and spend my free time volunteering for things like DofE and other charities.
