This is an iconic project being delivered by Mace that will take pride of place, in London's square mile landscape.Key activities included:Development Of Daily Control Rooms - Planning, measuring problem solving & recovering lost timeDeveloping & managing key focus sessions - Supporting / Controlling:- Fire Stopping- Power Strategy (from power on, to final commissioning)- Installation of the largest suspended ceiling installed i Europe (2,900m2 Sto Rendered) (BDL)- Installation of the largest self-supporting double curve glazed roof in Europe (15.6 mtrs supported by glass beams) (Focchi)- Supporting MMEP commissioning & safety critical activities- Lifts & Associated handovers- Decoration- Suspended Floor installation (16 week acceleration)Working with the Mace MEP, Mace Construction & multiple contractors offered me the opportunity to support collaboration, utilise expertise & reduce program delivery (eventually reducing the delivery program by 4 months)

Focusing on improvement development within the £2bn+ Euston Station. Focusing on supporting the delivery of a high risk element of the key station works.Improving Interface, collaboration, integration. Seeking opportunity development, utilising tools & techniques to bring teams together & develop best for business solutions.Outline Of Achievements (Reduced Detail Due To NDA):
- Operating within a business critical role, supporting multiple stakeholders ensuring overall alignment to Network Rail Safety Standards
- Working directly with integrated Design Teams, measuring & supporting
- Applying measures, tracking activities, safeguarding business critical milestones via Control Rooms.
- Coaching & supporting the development of the Senior Project Management Team

Focusing on improvement development within the £2bn+ Euston Station, Enabling Works. Prioritised alignment of Hs2 teams, collaborative engagement, interface, & assurance remain areas of key focus. Developing progress from concept - design, - procurement – construction.Key challenges are based on getting the best for business solutions, across the full contract, including key stakeholders.Outline Of Achievements:
- Working with the wider design / delivery teams including CSJV – HS2 – MDJV – Mott Mc developing Interface / collaborative Work Group Control Room Sessions.
- Cleared backlog of 138 key client to JV instructions, which in turn were delaying key works.
- Developed escalation (Contractor – Client) process to ensure achievement of prioritised outcomes
- Delivered remote working dashboards (COVID19), to enable work package delivery, supporting Demolition – Traction Sub Station – Utilities – Exhumation – Early Works Piling. Focused program aligned project delivery, & key escalation resolve remained key priority
- Delivered improvement workshops, focusing on collaborative, performance & leadership development
- Resolve dispute / miss alignment through rigorous control sessions, working closely with all stakeholders
- Refined & accelerated Sub Contract Works information Packs, 18 months of delay cleared, & approved within 6 weeks
- Ran daily Control room Sessions to ensure Design transfer was achieved, negative critical path impact avoided
- Developed a process to ensure all of the HS2 Euston project had full visibility of performance, challenges, areas of specific escalation support.
- This project was commissioned, & led by the overall HS2 project lead (Laurence Whitbourne), involving all other sub contract delivery elements.
