Paul in a few words
I have had a diverse, unique and fun career to date including high level leadership roles in higher education, and various board positions.
I excel in developing teams and problem solving organisational culture. I also have built a strong reputation as an events prof.
My education is focused on music - I got a PhD in that - which has seen me work across the creative arts both as artist and producer. Most recently I have been supporting arts organisations in developing leadership capacity and writing funding bids.
I told you it’s a diverse set of experience. I am adaptable and understand the value of my transferable skills.
