33yo Lead Data Scientist and Economist with 13+ years of experience with Data and Modeling and 3+ years leading Data Science & Analytics projects and multidisciplinary teams, with a wide range of diverse work and academic experience, from Agile Project Management and BizDev to Cutting-edge Research and Data Engineering.

By 2022, it means I've been venturing the last 7 years on R, Python and SQL for Data Science and Machine Learning and, before that, 7 years of Excel/VBA, Stata, SAS, SPSS and ArcGIS and EDA and Econometrics. Overall, 10+ years in Applied Research assisting 15+ PhD Scholars and associate researchers.

As an Economist, I am very fond of simplicity, interpretability and causal inference, being strongly business-oriented, adopting a Lean development approach to DS/ML/AI focused on delivering clear and tangible value to my business clients. Experience in several fields (credit, fraud, macro and

microeconomics, corporate and public finance, oil & gas, education, healthcare, environmental, regulatory, legal, etc.) and industries (tech startups, banking, consulting, accounting, applied research, government and nonprofits).

The last few years, I’ve got a crush on working together with my business clients, developing my teammates and learning with all of them. My passion for solving complex shared challenges has been the main drive of my career.
