With over 19 years of experience in the fields of business analysis, product management and tech-consulting I helped private businesses, governments, startups and non-profits to streamline their business processes, formulate and implement sound strategies, and build custom-tailored IT solutions.

During my career, I have contributed to the successful digital transformation of the public sector in Croatia, led a product development team for a north European market-leading consultant provider (>1B €), built an outcome-focused product team for a European market leader in HealthTech, and helped Startups to translate, design and develop their vision into innovative digital products and services.

I have a Master’s degree in Business & Economics and a postgraduate International Master in Business Informatics. I'm also a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and Certified Product Manager (AIPMM – CPO).

My responsibility in the role as a product manager, product owner, business analyst or tech consultant is to lead, manage and support the design, development and implementation of software products from initial concept, to MVP, and finally to market-ready products.

During my work, I use outcome-focused and customer-centric concepts and methods to define goals and metrics, formulate Go-To-Market Strategies and roadmaps, evaluate user experiences and analyze customer journeys, test assumptions before implementation, define vision and scope, and manage the product backlog.

I provide the highest level of competence during all phases of product discovery and implementation. This gives my clients the security that everything currently feasible is considered for the development of their business, and that they can count on a competent guidance throughout the entire project cycle.
