Pete and I worked alongside each other for 3 years at Donate Innovate and I highly recommend Pete for technical projects and/or start-up roles. Pete expertly managed all the 'tech' for our start-up business and did so in an extremely cost effective way, constantly explaining to the rest of the team in non-tech language what changes we were undertaking, the benefits and the incremental costs. Whilst building our app, website and customer contact interfaces Pete was very good at getting the right balance between what the business wanted and what our customers were looking for. Finally, Pete is a strong team player (crucial in a small startup environment), good communicator and very conscientious, putting in long hours to achieve milestone targets.
