Some leaders have a crisp plan put in place for how they want to achieve the goal; whereas for others, they have the motivation and the skills required to achieve that feat, but stumble with the 'what and how to' aspects. They require someone or something to carve a path for them.
Creating a path to follow, requires a strategic approach to the less answered innate questions. Those questions when answered provide a clear understanding of what the company, brand, or a person needs.
