I'm a remote IT consultant, IT coordinator, knowledge manager, admin, and supporter who's fluent in Arabic, English, and German.

Stop me if you've heard this before:

That's where I come in:
- I design knowledge base articles to be understood and easily applied by beginners, from the ground up.

- I can help set up device management to deploy Windows remotely via Autopilot hardware hashes, and manage them in Endpoint Manager, I also have some experience in using Jamf to deploy and manage Apple devices, and can perform remote server maintenance tasks using TeamViewer Host (I have a license), and Remote Desktop.

- I'm also able to streamline and automate tasks like onboardings, offboardings, inventory, and Email and document templates. I have extensive experience in user profile management in SaaS environments, and Active Directory.

- I'm experienced in troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, Mac OS, and a wide variety of hardware, and I offer remote user support via MS Teams, Slack, and TeamViewer.

- Fluency in Arabic, English, and German, written and spoken, enables me to handle requests from third parties. In the past, I have negotiated with suppliers, managed hardware disposals, and RMA procedures.
