I've spent the last 20 years training executives, lawyers, bankers and real estate professionals who want to develop their English to the level of the first class native speakers they communicate with in their daily business.

My approach is Content-Based Instruction. The client sets the goal and provides the relevant documentation and I create a course around it. At the simplest level, it is describing and presenting a company and its products using their marketing materials. I specialise in real estate banking, so often I am working with banking contracts and documentation, training credit, risk or syndication officers how to describe, explain and negotiate their LMA credit agreements.

More specialised again is my work with compliance officers. Together we read, understand and discuss the relevant compliance guidelines / regulatory framework, then assess and present the company's level of compliance and next steps.

For real estate professionals, I often work with lawyers and facility/property managers discussing leases, service agreements and SPAs. My private equity clients want to describe investment strategy, decisions, regulatory environment and economic trends. I assist all of them on presenting projects to senior management, investors and clients.
