I am working as a consultant and expert in the field of Learning & Development. I am qualified (Somatic) coach and trainer. With my extensive vision on learning and a backpack filled with knowledge, I support individual employees (from starters to senior executives), leaders and organizations. In 2017 I have started The Female Hub as a co-working and co-learning space for female entrepeneurs. This has evolved to a community for female leaders and professionals. With my background as L&D expert, I have created an online and offline community for female leaders and professionals. This, with a focus on diversity & inclusion and leadership development to create sustainable behavioural transformation.
