Yassine in a few words
SRE II with experience working in product oriented teams that support hundreds of developers at high growth startups.

-- Dealt with both greenfield and brownfield infrastructure, migrating and replatforming legacy code.
-- Built pipelines using Tekton and ArgoCD that cover the entire SDLC - from code to artifact to deployment and promotion.
-- Strong opinions around automation and extensibility. Automation beats processes/runbooks for sure, but well architected and extensible automation beats fragile scripts scattered across an organisations code base. I prefer building extensible tools using Go to really eliminate toil.
-- I've some experience configuting VMs using Ansible (less) and Puppet (more), but I prefer to stick to running compute workloads on Kubernetes - I've a fair amount of experience here dealing with cluster provisioniong, upgrades and adjacent technologies like CoreDNS, ArgoCD, Helm, CNI, CSI, and ingress.
-- Refactored and extended a whole org's documentation to make it more usable for our developers.

I'd like to think I'm quite thorough in my work, documenting everything that I do, because ultimately my customers need to understand how to use what I am building - any by customers I mean our developers but also me in 6 months :)
